Unusually for an electric fire, the Avanti also lets you adjust flame speed, so you can dial in exactly the rhythm and ambience that suits the moment. The app and controller both feature adaptive start technology, enabling the fire to switch on automatically up to 45 minutes before a pre-set time — perfect for arriving home to a welcoming room.
Heating is delivered via a 2kW output with a thermostat adjustable between 15°C and 25°C, and crucially, the lighting can be operated entirely independently of the heat — ideal for warmer months when atmosphere matters more than warmth.
Installation flexibility is another strength of the Onyx Avanti. It can be configured as a one-sided, two-sided, or three-sided fire, and is available in three sizes, making it an excellent choice for a contemporary media wall setting.
