Designed for media walls

With an ultra-slim depth of just 140mm, the Atmos 195R is ideal for building into a partition or bespoke media wall without eating into your room. The integrated frame helps conceal minor wall imperfections and gives a smart, recessed result once installed. For planning your aperture, the full external dimensions are 140mm deep, 1950mm wide and 450mm high, so you can size your opening accordingly. As an electric fire there is no flue or chimney to factor in, and it runs from a standard domestic supply. If you intend to mount a TV above, always leave sensible clearance and follow the heat-output guidance in the manual.

Flame realism and control

The Atmos creates a convincing fire with LED-lit faux logs sitting on a bed of blackened glass media, with embedded lighting that makes the logs appear to glow from within. You can choose from five flame colours and thirteen fuel-bed shades, plus a dynamic spectrum setting and five brightness levels to fine-tune the look. Best of all, the flame and lighting effects can run independently of the heat, so you can enjoy the display through the warmer months. Everything is adjustable from the supplied remote control for relaxed, fuss-free operation.

Heat and running cost

A thermostatic heater lets you set and hold a comfortable temperature, while energy-saving features such as open-window detection help keep consumption sensible. Running costs depend on the heat setting and your tariff; at a typical UK electricity rate of around 25p per kWh in late 2025, a 2kW heater costs roughly 50p per hour at full output. Choosing flame-only mode costs only a few pence per hour, giving you ambience without the heating bill, and the surface stays safe to be near in normal use.
