With external dimensions of 235 mm deep, 1272 mm wide and 520 mm high, you can plan your recess and aperture with confidence. As an electric fire there is no flue or venting to worry about, so it simply requires a suitable mains electrical supply. When mounting a TV above, always follow the heat clearance guidance in the manufacturer instructions to protect your screen.
